We typically process ready-made jackets within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). For customized jackets, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days to complete the custom design and preparation.
Transit time is 4 to 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, and OSM to deliver the product.
All orders within the USA include a 3.99. We do not charge any hidden fees. Your total cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@primeleather.us or Phone: +1 (424) 224-8578
When we will start your transfer, you’ll get a chasing number with your order with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in your hands.
Remember, if you give us the wrong address and you are not there, the product will be stored in our store again. You will have to bear the full shipping cost for giving the wrong address.
