Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at PrimeLeather.us. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Sale or discounted items are only eligible for exchange, not refund.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after approval.

Items that are used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we are happy to accommodate based on availability.

Exchanges must be requested within the same 30-day window.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other reasons (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
